✨ When Wonder Was Enough

There was a time when wonder was enough.
When the world felt bigger than fear and smaller than doubt. When we found joy in the simplest things, the smell of fresh paper, the mess of finger paint, the thrill of creating something that was entirely ours.
Remember that little version of you?
The one who believed they could be anything, an artist, an inventor, a dreamer, sometimes all in the same day. The one who couldn’t wait for arts and crafts at school, who lit up at every project that allowed creativity to flow freely.
That version of you didn’t worry about being perfect. They didn’t compare.
They just believed.
They believed that everything was possible, that ideas mattered, that life was meant to be colored outside the lines.
And somewhere along the way, as we grew older, life got louder. Responsibilities piled up.
Bills, deadlines, and expectations crept in.
We learned to play it safe, to silence the spark, to trade creativity for certainty.
But that little us never left. Still curious. Still brave. Still waiting to be seen again.
Would they be proud of who you’ve become?
Not because you did everything right, but because you kept going.
Because even through mistakes, heartbreaks, and lessons, you never stopped becoming.
The truth is, no one’s life is perfect.
But perfection was never the point.
The point was always wonder.
To stay amazed by life.
To keep creating even when it’s messy.
To believe again, even after losing faith.
Maybe growing up isn’t about letting go of who we were.
Maybe it’s about coming home to that little us, the dreamers, the believers, the creators.
The ones who loved the process just as much as the outcome.
So today, let this be your reminder.
Pick up the brush. Write the words.
Do something just for the joy of it.
Because life was never about being perfect.
It was about remembering when wonder was enough. 🌸
What did little you love to create, and when was the last time you let yourself do it again?💫
