Start Before You’re Ready, Grow As You Go

I used to think growth looked like big wins. Promotions. Pay raises. Praise from others. Clear milestones that proved I was “doing the work.” But lately, growth has felt like something else entirely.

It’s been quieter. Slower. A little uncomfortable.

And honestly? A lot more real.

These past few months, I’ve found myself shifting internally. The way I see the world is changing. The way I respond to pressure. The way I speak to myself. I’ve been learning to sit with my emotions instead of distracting myself from them. I’ve been letting go of the need to be “on” all the time. I’ve started choosing peace over performance.

It’s not glamorous. It’s not always pretty. But it’s real.

Some days, I feel powerful like I’m stepping fully into the woman I was created to be.

Other days, I feel unsure like I’m walking through fog with no clear map.

But I show up anyway.

Because deep down, I know this: growth doesn’t require perfection it requires presence.

And in showing up for myself, even when I don’t have all the answers, I’m learning something beautiful:

Becoming her becoming the highest, most aligned version of yourself isn’t about doing more. It’s about being more. More honest. More intentional. More free.

Here’s what that’s looked like for me lately:

• Resting without guilt.

Slowing down has become my way of honoring my energy and trusting that I don’t have to hustle for my worth.

• Saying what I mean.

I no longer sugarcoat my needs or shrink myself to avoid conflict. I’m learning to trust my voice, even when it shakes.

• Letting go with grace.

Some relationships, roles, and routines were tied to an older version of me, and in order to grow, I’ve had to lovingly release them.

• Creating with heart.

Whether I’m working on The GB or journaling on my couch, I’m giving myself permission to lead with soul, not just strategy.

If you’re reading this and you feel like you’re in a weird in-between space where you’re not who you used to be, but not quite who you want to be yet, I see you.

That space is sacred.

It’s where the transformation happens.

It’s where clarity begins to form.

It’s where your true self starts to emerge.

You don’t need to rush it. You don’t need to fix yourself.

You’re not broken, you’re becoming.

I created The GB as a space for women like you and women like me, who are brave enough to grow with intention. To chase purpose over popularity. To build businesses and lives that reflect who we truly are.

So today, I hope you give yourself grace.

I hope you recognize the strength it takes to keep growing, even when no one else sees it.

And I hope you remember: “Impossible is just an opinion.”

You’ve already come so far.

And you’re just getting started.
